I love when the conservatives jump all over the "welfare queens" when all of the red states are the welfare queens of this country. They require a massive amount of support from the states that actually collect more in revenue than they dole out in services.

Louisiana? Everyone is on Medicaid. They're morbidly obese and chain smokers and teen parents...they're total drains on our society. Yet they're against Obamacare and in favor of cutting the public assistance most of their residents depend on. Tell us how to balance that budget, Bobby Jindal.

Saw Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood--with one or two other guys who I don't remember--do a live version of Whose Line at our school when I was in college. Hilarious guy and genuinely nice too. Talked to him for like 20 minutes about comedy after the show.

 

It's more of a psychological thing. If someone is typing here it's because they want to say something of their own free will. If a survey wants me to write something, it's forcing me to do so, and it's often about something negative that will actively make my day worse.

If it's not something negative it's usually something that doesn't apply to me and I'd rather return the survey than make something up or type an explanation that it doesn't apply to me and hope that's acceptable.

I'd rather just not mess with them unless it pays decently and that's not exactly common.

Thats not really fair. The 1% spend plenty of money, they just spend it on 1% things like giant estates, planes, jewels, gold, etc, etc. Dont fault them for their money, they employ thousands of workers in menial jobs with no insurance and subpar pay. Its not their fault that they can hire tax attorneys to let them pay less taxes than the average American. If you losers want to avoid taxes then you need to make millions of dollars to be able to afford their services. Why should the rich pay taxes at all, I mean they are the job creators. TRICKLE DOWN BABY, been working since Reagan, why rock the boat? Just because the rich are moved to ultra rich and meanwhile the middle class is non-existent. You guys just really dont get it. Trump rules while plebs drool!!!
