Can't Find Good HITs? 2/9

Just did a Readabl Identify company/publication from a photo hit and got rejected,answer was "Sorry; you picked a known bad answer."Contacted them about it.Anybody else have this happened to them?Do they do it often?

 

I emailed him too because it seemed too good to be true. He assured me that we are doing them correctly. He's probably never gotten so many emails in one night (morning in AUS) before today

 

I like these x8 HITS- happy to do them but I wish they would do a short video explaining stuff so we weren't nervous about all the details and getting rejections.

 

If you google X8 data and Dustin, you should find his own LinkedIn page. His previous job is interesting.

 

Now I feel like I'm not being that descriptive. I might stop even though they are approving. I have only completed four. I thought we just had to describe what was in the scene not so much add to the characters or create the story line.

 

Those X8 hits are so easy most of them have valid page in the first link.

 

Any info someone can give me about the questions i asked about Readabl?

 

All of you who are confused here's a reply from Dustin (might prove helpful) :

You should only mark the webpage as valid if the company is found in his current or past work. Even if they are at a different company currently but have worked at the company we are looking for in the past it is valid.

I've gotten 5 rejects from them out of about 1000 HITS. Random as far as I can tell.

 

I am sure you are doing it right. I am just doing it that way since i am bored and well it is a good stress reliever

 

These HITs are great. I love when there is such an open line of communication with requesters.

 

I did about 35 for the first time.They would send me a reject that fast when I just started with them?Plus do you get this alot?

It's all automated as far as I can tell. I just expect a reject every now then, and I'm gonna keep doing them until it starts to noticeably affect my reject rate.

 

Decisions, decisions... do I stay up all night doing these amazing x8 hits or should I be a reasonable human tomorrow?

There are some .07 and .06 ones after these .08 ones run out.

 

There are some they just reject. Companies like "ABC", Initials for a return address. I've gotten 3 rejects I think out of 2700 now. I stay away from names that are too simple or would refer to multiple companies like "ABC". The message you get when you reject a hit is automated. I just make sure there is nothing to identify the companies name before I reject it. If there is a logo or something someone else might recognize I return it. As far as I can tell non of my unidentifiable have been rejected.

 

They'll be gone within a half hour, no need to stay up all night.

You know, there is something funny about Saturday being my best day of the week.

 

I just got my very first rejection. The first cut is the deepest. 500 turks though before my first. Those 8data's were awesome.
