I think he should be appreciated for his willingness to help the co turkers. Lot of turkers got severe hits in their numbers due to the wrong action of a requester. I have n't done Ben hits, when I see the hits, I accepted it, and after looking the hit interface, I feel doubtful and I returned it. I am congratulating his willingness to help other turkers from this bad situation. In turking life, every one can get into such a situation. Around 3 month back, I got a ban from a requester. I did a hit of her, around 3 months back. She approved the hit and paid me. After 3 months of approval, I got a mail from mturk that you are blocked by that requester. When I contacted her, she said to me , she had accidentally pressed the block key and all those turkers whose email id is in her list been given a block. Thankfully she was successful in reversing it. Its just an example , how requesters can behave. Some requesters know the finer print about how mturk works and they behave gentleman like. Some requsters just like to get free work. I think Ben is just one of them. Hope every one get their rejections reversed.
I could only hope that they would get reversals. I'm not going to lie, looked a little bit into creating a batch and it will most likely take me a few days to get it all figured out and tested. I didn't realize how much work goes into creating it until now. I will keep updated.
I just received a message from Ben: Hi there, Sorry for the belated reply. I am really concerned about that. You must be right, I think I messed up with Amazon's API (that's how I approuve/reject your work). Believe me, I really want to know what's going on here. I will reverse all the rejected assignments AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !! Regards
One of the few miracles has happened in Mturk & probably for the first time one requestor has reversed the rejected hits . Hope everyone rejected hits were approved now if not contact the MOhamed ali on dali007_tnatyahoo.fr & he will reverse the same.
