Its an issue with Inquist. The best thing I've found is to uninstall and let it reinstall from the popup.
I used to have Win 7 and never had issue with it. I just let it install then once it was done installing, you had to click open or run for it to work. Then click 'start' at the end for it to launch if I remember correctly.
try the right arrow key to move to next and double hit the enter key to submit. Works for me without any scripts.
