I've been told to see The Master. Joaquin Phoenix is my new obsession since I saw him in The Immigrant and Her. Definitely want to check that one out, thanks!

I like both - we could do some movie nights if people want. Don't forget we have a calendar so if someone wants to set something up, go ahead and use it!

Fair enough, it's more thriller than horror, there's not really any oogie boogies

I'm thinking about watching all of Wes Anderson's movies in order. I've only seen Moonrise Kingdom and Grand Budhapest from him and I loved them.

Well yesterday I watched Adam Carolla's new movie Road Hard. I'm a huge fan of his but this movie was a bit of a letdown. It starts really strong, with some really great jokes and visual gags, but the ending was shockingly abrupt. It also has tons of references for fans of his podcast, which I'm not sure will play super well with people not so familiar with his shtick. It ends up being a fairly mediocre experience by the end. It's a shame because as I said it starts so strong.

Grand Budapest is great. Life Aquatic is actually the one I'm looking most forward too because some people really love that movie and others hate it. No real consensus there.

C'mon people, lets get it on here. I've got John Wick and Interstellar on the table, will probably watch them on the weekend some time.

Did you end up watching either of those? I plan on watching them soon too. Last night I watched Mad Max again because I'm excited about the new one.

I saw John Wick, 'cuz I like Keanu. It was alright, but felt kind of weird and disjointed, doubt I would have enjoyed it if not for Keanu, it was otherwise a pretty B-ish movie, not awful but not great either.

Interstellar is definitely A++ though, must see.

Watched Interstellar a few days ago, it was really great for I'd say the first 2/3 of the movie, then it got into a weird human love can change the world kind of thing. I was really loving the hard sci-fi up until that point though. Not to say it's bad it's still a good movie, but it had the potential to be better. Still haven't seen John Wick.

Sounds like a neat idea. I'm a loner (not by choice) and Turking full time doesn't help solve that problem as I am always stuck in doors! lol

When I have money I usually go to the movie theater a few times a month. Can't get enough of them.
