I got a response: Bowling alley, mini golf, skating rinks, shooting clubs, all these kinds of things where dining / drinking is far from the main focus feel like they get lumped together. Birthday party or not is another matter but I classify casino and stuff in there, too. Yes, they have food and drinks, but is that why you go there? For most people probably not. 'Other' is really for those things you can't find a bucket for in the form. Like... maybe a skin care salon, building maintenance company, etc. Other is really completely non-dining related and doesn't fit in any of the other non-dining/drinks categories. Hope this helps.
