They aren't the primary I have done but I tend to do them if i'm busy and can't really focus on a survey or more detailed task. I just saw some reviews that said they reject everything. I haven't got approved or rejected yet but glad they don't seem too bad then.

Hi, you'll be fine! If you're actually reading the jokes, you'll get 100% of your hits approved (even if you occasionally mess something up). So far in this batch we've only rejected a single worker, and he rated thousands of jokes in 3 seconds each (yep, seriously), and of the ~2500 jokes he rated, he thought 4 were funny. I'm not even kidding. Point is, you definitely have nothing to worry about. Thanks for your ratings

For some reason, I dont know why, I find it funny, when you reject workers, and ruin their turking careers lol
EyeApps, what about when something isn't really "funny" but more "awesome" or "cool, good to know" and I mark it as funny to show my appreciation for it; how do you feel about that? And sometimes I accidentally go through and mark everything before I realize I didn't accept it, so then I accpet it and go through and super fast mark everything cause I already have once before. I always am paranoid when I do that, that you'll think I am not reading them. Thanks for listening bro.
I wouldn't worry about EyeApps not approving. I did a few of their HITs once just to try them out and I know I screwed up the first one because I didn't realize that the typed out bits were supposed to be jokes. But I made sure to do several other ones the right way and he approved them all...even the one I screwed up.
Hmm Requesters can't soft block us anymore? Here is the reponse from a requester asking to remove my hard block and that he can soft block workers instead: Because of you, I spent 1.5 hours to search how to do soft block in Mturk, but no result. Later on, I gave up, I asked Mturk directly how to do soft block then, it is no way! "....Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a "soft block" within the system. Blocking a Worker works to police the Mechanical Turk system as a form of quality control, and all blocks have the ability to threaten a Worker's account depending on the amount of blocks they have received."
Yup. There's only one block button on the requesters end. The problem is amazon decides whether or not to send you the scary email.
P.s. am I the only one who assumed the dude going on about bots was some requester who thought adaaam had scammed him with his super speed using a bot? I kind of thought he was fishing for us to admit it or something. I was only in and out yesterday though so I missed most of it.
