As to the fever, I was once taken to the ER with a scary-high fever and the doc there said I could alternate Advil and Tylenol if one wasn't keeping the fever down for long enough. (I would imagine this is only for a really bad fever and for a short time.)

Dear god it is bad survey day. Had one that asked me to rate things on a scale: "strongly agree ... neither agree not disagree ... strongly agree". Good luck making sense of THAT data. And one of those that gives you a test then gives you the "results". You REALLY have to get the number of questions asked correct on that results page... somewhat more credible that way. Perhaps I should start a survey proofreading service, for those researchers too damn lazy to do it themselves.

Still up. Thanks for all the advice. My fever broke, down to 99.6 from 103 earlier and I'm sweating like a pig. This fudge pop I'm eating is the best damn fudge pop I have ever had. I know dairy is bad for mucus, but I needed something cold and this seems to be hitting the spot. As for the vicks on the feet, this was how I always used it on my kids when they were infants. I can't use the stuff cause it makes me sneeze really bad. I have sensitives to all kinds of things that have scents.
