I got a bag of mini Stroopwafels (with carmel, they also had honey) at Meijer, based on some of you guys talking about them last week. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I'm honestly not sure I like them. The spawn loves them though. I think it may be because they are soft. I'd probably love them if they were crisp.

Yeah, the spawn loves soft cookies, so I guess if you're a soft cookie person, they are perfect. I think I was expecting more like caramel sandwiched between two crisp Belgian butter cookies. Not like I really NEED to be eating cookies in the first place, so I'm kind of happy I didn't find a new cookie to be addicted to.
