A lot of work becomes available crossing those approved HIT milestones (2,500, etc.), but in my opinion most often the best HITs are those that come with custom qualifications. For me anyway, I've done fewer HITs and made more money that way. For realz.

Anyone have experience with Caption Quality of Images HITs from Research Project? I'm a little nervous doing them.

We were all new once, requesters and twurkers, right?

 

Read through yesterday's thread. Evidently Research Project has gone the HARD BLOCK route. No rejections. No pulled quals. Just HARD BLOCKS. More than one. I think I saw three or four people who received a HARD BLOCK.

I've done a ton of work for them in the past, but I wouldn't touch them now.

 

I was sweating that tax stuff but I completely forgot about deductions...

I think I'll put away the flat rate until I file and that way I have a rainy day fund just in case.

Yes.You're right.I recevied a HARD BLOCK from them when I started turking.

 

Oh no! That sucks I always liked those Mike & Jenny HITs when it was slow.

I just went and read, seems like the hard blocks are on these London and tourist picture ones, not so much with Mike & Jenny. I've done about 10 tonight. Going to stop for now and see what happens. Kinda bugs me when they don't tell you which ones you got wrong on the qual. Said I got an 89 on it. With my luck I screwed up on all 10 that I just did. Oh well. You win some you lose some.
