Good stuff. I did mine in a little over 2 months. Can't wait to see what the fall-winter months bring since this is the slow time for turking. More days like last friday I hope.
It depends on the day and how motivated/distracted I am. $30 a day is not a lot for a good chunk of the people here (myself included) Didn't you start a thread about this?
indeed. I realized this thread gets the highest traffic. Wow. Those numbers are really elite. Do you guys have top tier write and masters as well?
I aim for $35 every day of the week but it ends up being more like $50 on weekdays and maybe $10 each weekend day...this week was especially bad with family in town but I've been turking about a month and made about $500 in that month... this month my goal is $1000
if things are like the past wed-fri, I will aim for 35-40 on weekdays. Otherwise, I shoot for 20. 10 for weekdays
I hear pony meat is quite delicious. My goals: at least $5 a day, try for $25+ on Mondays and anything over $10 is good for non-dayjob days. Weekly goal is at least $60. I use to try to hit $15 every day, no matter what but it just took so much energy out of me, especially after pulling an 8 hour shift and doing house work.....and I was missing out on time w/ mah man so I cut back. The extra money isn't worth my relationship IMO.
I have masters... I'm so ready for school to start back.. Seems like there were so many more hits during the school year. I guess cause people aren't on vacation and such.
I think the general theory is that a lot of studies/surveys are done by colleges and grad students (Catherine for example) and there's not a lot of universities doing hardcore studies in the summer or over winter break (2 weeks between xmas and new years). I haven't been turking for a year yet so I'm not sure how things really are but I'm pretty sure I saw people talking about how it slows down during non-school times.
Well that gives me hope then. I was doing a lot better right after I started Turking in Feb. Things seems so much slower right now. Granted, I don't have masters or some of the really good quals. right now either (totw...eggies)...so there's that...lol Let school begin daammit!
I started last August. I have noticed that the busy times seemed to coincide with when school is in session. I'm guessing that's why the summer has been so dead. It is starting to speed up though. Last week was great. I'm hoping this week will be just as good.
Im scared of school starting. I have class Monday- Thursday. So Id suck at making money, even more so than now. And all my classes are morning classes. D=
