All it takes is a really quick batch and some hard work. I've only been lucky enough to do it once but I know some of the people on the forum have done it a number of times. Pretty sure TurkorTreat does it pretty consistently.
I'm down with a Lions Chargers super bowl. Really great comeback. Say whatever you want about Rivers but he's a gamer. If he could only keep his dick in his pants he'd probably have more fun in life. What doe he have about 12 kids now before 30? Good win though. Still alive.

I probably would have given up on it long ago if I didn't discover this forum and the awesomeness that is here. So...

I know a few people who consistently max out by keeping penny hits on panda all day while doing other batches and surveys. It seems silly, but it gives you a buffer so you are not afraid of no-to batches, and the pennies really do add up.
