This guy is seriously trying to scam people. I'm new to Turk and hadn't done anything like his HITs before (Rewrite 600 word Articles for 2-5$), And did one last night. His HITs have broken links for the upload site/method he provides, which is already extremely sketchy looking. Now, I had already written the article by the time I figured out it was broken/looked fake. I submitted my article through a method he had suggested, and his HIT detailed that it would provide me with a link for him- It took the submission and immediately locked me out of everything. No link, nothing.

Anyways, I sent him a message explaining that I had done the work requested, hoping it was just a bug. I then pasted my document (Article) into a PRIVATE Scribd link. Something that can't be passed along to just anyone, and Scribd has a good reputation. I also politely informed him that his HITs were all nonfunctioning.

"Out of 400 tasks i got one reply that says the links and forms are not working .. Lolz... anyways you have given the article to scribd.com and now its a scrap for me ... sorry can not pay you for this link at all."

I got this back this morning. He got my work and hasn't paid anything at all, rejected it and won't respond further. I've reported all of his HITs and actually sent in a request for him to be barred from scamming anyone else, but I figured it might do well to warn people who are potentially looking to do his HITs. Don't, you're probably going to end up screwed.

Later down the instructions there's a line that says "Step: 1- Open link in the new tab and upload the article in one .DOC/.Docx File using the form- (The - is actually a link that goes to a nonfunctioning "Form", hence the broken HIT. Below that is an upload form that -will not- give you a link to submitted work- It takes and does not give you anything else to submit to him. I assume this is because he has no intention of paying you.)

Looks like he has a pretty lousy TO rating.

Sorry you had such a bad experience with him. I was tempted to do these HITS until I looked the TO. SO glad people took the time to post those reviews. I know I'm farting in the wind but it would sure be nice if Amazon got rid of requestors that treat workers this way.

If you want to do article writing, sign up for iwriter.com or textbroker.com. I writer pays weekly as long as you have earned at least 20 dollars. The pay rates are a lot higher on those sites than the article writing hits (for non-masters anyway)
I don't do much on those sites anymore because I can make much more $$ on mturk with a few good batches.
