Guys please don't bother taking her $5 hit. Everyone who has taken it today has been rejected. Her reasoning is "Failed to receive compensation as failed to meet the restrictions as outlined in the description. If you are not 18-25, from Canada or the US, are a student with some college or university education and/or you completed this study on a device (e.g., iPad) that does not allow flash videos to play or use the spacebar, you did not receive compensation." I met every single one of her requirements, I'm pretty sure she just doesn't want to pay everyone $5 each for their work.
Alright I'm going to give an update...I contacted Shirley and explained to her that I met all of the requirements for the study. She got back to me rather quickly and was extremely nice and very apologetic for the computer error. She said that she was unable to reverse the rejection but paid through a bonus instead. I'm not happy to have a rejection under my belt, but at least she paid me.

I had the same problem. Contacted her. But I'm later than most so may or may not still get paid. I say, don't update your scores on TO even if you get it as a bonus, if she's going to behave like this, only communication score deserves any decency, the rest she has treated us all incredibly poor on.
Agreed! She claims that the computer auto rejects workers depending on the answers to the criteria that is given in order to participate. When I took the survey, the criteria is usually when you click on a hit to get more info, it wasn't there. It was in one of the first couple of pages, a lot of people didn't end up seeing it and I think she needs to put it in the description of the HIT so people can see if they fit the criteria prior to accepting it. If not, she's going to have a lot of angry turkers!
