So I just emailed a requester, in request to reverse a rejection and told them reasons why. How long should I wait for them to get back to me until I should consider it a permanent rejection? 24 hours? A week?
You already emailed them. It's in their hands now. They can either reverse it or not reverse it. Not much you can do really. In my cases, they usually get back to me within a day.
Yeah I normally get a message within a day, but have occasionally noticed a much longer wait. In all honesty there is nothing you can do right now so just put it out of your mind. They have up to 30 days after the hit shows up as completed in your dashboard as far as I'm aware so if its before that point there is a chance it will be reversed after that point it is permanent. To clarify I mean 30 days from the point you accept the hit so say I accept a hit today May 8th say it has a long timer and I procrastinate until the last day so submit it May 15th and then they take a while to approve so it doesn't get approved till the 1st of June they only then have 7 days to reverse the rejection before it becomes permanent because that would be 30 days from when I accepted. If instead it was a shorter timer and accepted instantly so I submitted a hit and it gets accepted the same day they have 30 days to overturn before it becomes permanent.
