They had up hits where they give you a topic and you write 180 words on it. I did around 10 of them. I had all of the accepted topics opened in separate tabs, was writing the articles via Microsoft Word, and copying/pasting over to the HIT before submitting it. Well, I realized I made a mistake and submitted an article for the wrong topic. I emailed the requester, but didn't expect much. I was rather shocked when he emailed me back saying he would look out for the mistake and wouldn't reject it. Later that day, he emailed me telling me what I did wrong and told me he accepted both articles because the only other option was to reject one of them. I looked and sure enough, BOTH articles were approved along with all of the other ones. I emailed him back telling him I would write the article on the topic I missed and email it to him. He thanked me and I followed through the next day. I just wanted to give Pinnacle Marketing some praise for the way they handled MY mistake. Very friendly and professional. I can't wait to work for them again.

You're right, that's the sign of a great requester. Reasonable and willing to give you a second chance, plus happy to give you feedback.

Thanks for posting about it! And also, good job yourself---the way you described handling the work sounds efficient and competent on your end. Why wouldn't they want to keep you? ;)

Yeah, they were great with me too, I mailed in a typo and a fact error after I submitted to them and they handled the corrections. I think all of their stuff from Sunday and Monday has been processed now. Great requester!
