    Hey, everyone,

This req has decent TO based on just a few reviews, so I thought I'd mention my experience.

I did 2 HITs for them tonight: one writing a product description and one summarizing an article. Both were processed within about an hour. The article summary was rejected.

I wrote it from scratch (I'm learning to spin, but I actually still think writing from scratch is easier), so this really surprised me. Then again, there are a couple of req's out there who are a little shady with article summaries, so I first sent the req a note requesting clarification and then went to get the details on the TO.

Yep, one of the reviews said he'd rejected an article summary with no explanation. Rats.

But lo and behold, right after I finished reading that, I got an email.

They bonused me $2.00 on a .50 HIT with this note: "We are sorry that your HIT was rejected, the work you have done is great and this HIT was rejected in error, please accept this bonus for your hard work."

Then they actually followed up with a personal reply to my note through my dashboard, saying pretty much the same thing. All in not even 5 minutes from the time I sent my query.

Hey, for that, I won't even ask them to work on reversing the rejection. :) That's what batch HITs are for, at least in my cautious Turking approach, lol. And I'm at 99.6% even with the reject, though, so no big.

Just thought you all should know---when this req is happy, they're happy! And I think my lesson is, it's always worth at least trying to write a requester if something's bugging you.
