I have been reading posts about great requesters, but, I cannot find those people on the Mechanical Turk site.

Oscar Smith I find by typing "data entry", but others that are mentioned, I either don't know how to find or don't know what category they fall into so that I can find them.

1- Is there any trick to this?

2- How do you find a specific requester when you don't know what the HITs are all about?

I have thought of asking Amazon to add a type of Search where you can find Requesters by name, (as far as I can see, they are listed by category) but have not gotten my courage up yet.

Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated!

You can find requesters by name, just type the name in the search bar. You don't have to type the whole name like "oscar smith" you could just type oscar. Some names have spaces in the name and some don't, like "oscar smith" is "oscar smith" but "casting words" is castingwords". Also, make sure you are searching for HITS and not qualifications.
