Hi all. We've had some interactions in the past and many of you have seen and commented on the email I sent to our turker email list recently. I wanted to introduce us formally to create a dialogue, rather than haphazardly replying all over the web to stuff. So yeah, hi. I'm Fred Stevens-Smith (https://www.rainforestqa.com/about/) and I'm one of the humans behind Rainforest. As I said in the email, we want to create a positive and symbiotic relationship with you all. I know that several members of the community here are suspicious about our motives and I understand that. However, this seems like a good way to start so we can discuss all of your problems with our HITs and tell us how to do a better job. why am i consistently bombarded with your emails stating the availability of hits. i have followed the link in your email less than 15 seconds after getting it stating over 1000 hits available. click link- NO HITS!!!!!!! 1000 hits cant be completed in 15 seconds!!!!!!!!! whats going on!!!!!! why am i spammed when there is NO WORK!!!!!!
I had this problem as well. The timing seems to be off between the emails and the hits posting. I solved the problem bu unsubscribing to their emails. There should be an option on the bottom of the email. If you still want to know when their hits are posted, add them to your hit monitor.
Their emails are worthless, it seems like they send them randomly, and I've never seen more than a 100 in a batch. Don't pay attention to them. That being said, they still are a good requester - very easy money, however, their HITS go fast. Only way to get them is to setup an alert for when they come available. If it's a bigger batch like around 50-75, they're usually done within 5 minutes. They're just something to do while you are doing other HITS, as its easy money and can be completed in a short time.
we-pay-you-fast is probably leaving MTurk. They have hosted their task at other clickworker/crowdsourcing sites. What it looks like is that MTurk is getting too expensive for them. They pay only half (or less) on the other sites. Beside that i can imagine that they got much bad feedback from turkers and move to a much more quiet workerpool
No requesters are permanent here. Everyday some leave and some come in. But, we-pay-you-fast should think why he have got so many bad reviews and how they have behaved with workers are important. They can go anywhere but, should be honest with their promises. Bonus payment is given according to the performance and work involved for the hits as you all know. But, if you are not receiving bonus payments for successfully completed hits with a proof for submission you can't ask for those payments. Because, there is no way to submit a dispute for the approved hits with their website. You will get only hit payment 0.04 and nothing else. I try to ask through their general email and no response for more than months for more than 10+ hits. They think they are smart and not even to be honest in any ways. Not only this. If you ask many workers will flow up their issues with them. I guess most people are not coming to this site to file their complaints. But, still only one thing I could say about them is their hits were easy to do and could learn something how a website behaves from time to time. Only good requesters deserve good feed back and I am not sure we-pay-you-fast deserves it!. There is a rumour too that they have paid for giving good feed back and there is no proof for it. This is my honest opinion from my 2 1/2 years of experience with them and there is no intention to hurt the requester in any ways.
I believe everyone facing this problem...the hits are approved. the dispute's are approved. but bonus is still not paid for the past 4 days. There was no information on their side. Hope they will get back to us sooner , on this issue

Would you mind letting me know those websites please...???
