Help! I worked a HIT today and it was rejected. The HIT is both a TOS violation (asks for email) and it is clearly misleading. I have included a screenshot, but basically the hit says "Please place your email below to enter the sweepstakes and receive the results. You must complete the survey to be eligible. The survey takes less than 10 minutes!" Nowhere does it say you MUST participate in the sweepstakes, nor does it force you to enter your email to continue. I did not enter my email, completed the survey, and then was rejected. The requestor (jonathan barsky) will not respond. How can I get mturk to correct this??
I don't think there is a way to correct it. While the hit is live, you can submit them to Amazon for TOS violation.
