So I did message Catalog Choice about this, but does anyone know what they want done if the form they want you to submit is not a form but is instead a webpage? Do not feel like being rejected for a form that is not a form.
Your hit probably been approved already but read instructions next time. sometimes you have to hit email us or something to get a form
I did not bother picking it up because I was not sure. There is nothing in the instructions about clicking an email us link. It does say to click a click here button. On the first 5 or so run throughs of the page I did not see that click here link due to the text color differntiation being rather bad on our work computers. I was able to find it however, thank you for your time.
