I agree totally. I've been to court with my hubby a few years back when he was caught driving with no insurance. I was SHOCKED at how lenient the judges are about some crimes that I would throw the book at someone over.
Depends on the side of the bed the person wakes up, if its actually genuine (Forgot/didnt realize it expired), honesty, and if the cop isnt a 100% by the book person and realize some people make mistakes.

A cop pulled my husband over for "no head lights" when in fact the car has automatic head lights (the kind that come on as soon as you start the car) the real issue was it was 1:00am and we took a short cut down a "bad" street. It was profiling. They have stopped my hubby walking before because he fits "their profile" (he has tattoos up one arm). My hubby hasnt been in trouble at all since he turned 18 (when he got with me) and has been extra careful about not doing anything illegal since we found out we were pregnant in 2008. another instance. He bought a moped because in KY you do not have to have a license to drive a moped if it is under 50cc. He drove it for a month he pulled up beside cops, he drove behind cops, he was in front of cops, ect ect. The day he died his mohawk red, he got pulled over and got sited for failure to maintain an operators license. I called the DMV, the main person said the only time someone gets sited while riding a moped is when a cop is wanting to be a jerk. even the judge said the cop was trying to be an *******. I'm not one of those F the police type of people. I loved this one cop named Dodi, he was a cop that monitored our school but he was still a city police officer, I went to see him every day in the hospital after he had a stroke. I still love that guy to this day because he was a good cop. I just think that alot of cops (not saying you) think that once they get that badge, they are like gods. I did all their keyword hits that I'm available to do. I haven't gotten a email to do more since the other day,which they only let me do 6 hits. Which was a bummer since they let me do last week 59.
I was referring to the judges and people not appearing in court. its stupid, down here, ive seen people get a bigger fine for driving with no insurance than someone caught with a DUI. They didnt even suspend this ones guys license after his first DUI. And then this one guy was like on his 5th DUI and all I could think is why the f*ck aint this guy in jail???
Also if your talking about all those url ranking hits,I don't think they will let you do too many of those. I did the regular US ones the other day and they only let me do like 4 or 5.
You talking about those quora, slideshare, linked in etc. searches? I'm only able to do 1 or 2 of each. The instructions on some don't match what the sites look like either.

It happens, like I said before there are laid back ones and people who will nail everyone for everything. Regarding your stop with no headlights, thats kinda given since it was 1am, so. But the other stuff sounded like harassment. Just when it goes to district court if you dont like it, appeal it to county court and fight it there. My only advice. No system is perfect, you just have to deal with it.
