I normally get up around 8-9 EST time. I haven't gotten up this week until 12-2. Combination of not feeling well and my brother being out of school this week so playing video games with him and the boyfriend late at night.

both. they asked me to download a .jnlp file, which gave a security exception error, 'MalformedURL Exception: unknown protocol: socket'. HIT I was doing was the .75 omar wasow one about vidja gaems, but this isn't the first time this has happened.
That website won't load for me. :/ Wish I could wait and see, but with short timer, I think I'm just going to have to return it.

I'm back to a simi-regular sleeping pattern. Out by midnight, up around 9am on my days off, sometimes 7 on working days. I try to get in a good hour or so before work on the early days, but I'm PST so A LOT had gone on while I'm in dream land.

Yeah, I've had a pretty regular one since working on here, but this week I've been slacking. I think my week totals will probably show that. :/ On days I work, I really can't get on before since I already drive an hour and a half there, but I still get up early so my sleep stays normal. However, days I work have no set schedule. lol.
I'm hoping to get on a more normal schedule. I'm in CST so I usually stay up until at least 2 for when the turking day is over. I hope that I can make myself get off at 12:30 my time...
Yah, last week suffered a lot for me. Granted I worked 38 hours (use to 15-20) plus it was my mom's birthday week so we had made plans to hang out along w/ me just being overall tired and yucky feeling. Some days I need a nap after work, some days I don't and it got to the point where I'd pass up taking care of myself just to try and hit my $10. Made me re-evaulate my daily goals ($5 on work days, $10+ non-work days). I don't feel like I'm forcing myself to hit my goal but still trying to get as much as I can w/out burning myself out. Today I was cooking most of the day but had already hit $7 by like 1 so that wasn't too bad. Also got a nap in and am just over $10. The most common advice I hear from veterans to newbies is to not force yourself to turk, don't get burned out otherwise it'll lose it's "fun" and you won't have any motivation to earn anymore. This is all extra bill money for me, so I'm trying but it's not SUPER vital that I make so much everyday.
Those of you that have experience with transcribing, is $10 for ~15 minutes of audio (an interview, rather straight forward sounding) a good rate? The requester has perfect TO on 5 ratings, and a 2 day timer.
15 minutes is a long time. It would take me at least an hour (and I type fast) to do it so $10 sounds good.
Thanks! I figure If I start it in the morning I'll be fresh. HIT description says to get it in by the timer, no extensions and I've downloaded the audio already. The requester is Nicola Twilley if you want to look out for anymore! It was randomly at the top of "available HITs" for me after submitting a HIT.
