    Thanks to the several people who explained things to me. I must have hit the hidden timer somehow because after waiting a while now I can do the HITs.

    But now I feel kind of crazy alone in my apartment whispering strange words and phrases into a microphone.

    Yis, pics! Is it a kit?

    I am getting mostly mundane things but somehow whispering this late at night, alone in my apartment, into a microphone is making me feel like I'm plotting the strangest crime ever.

    A crime involving "box of candy at Sam's Club", but a crime nonetheless.

    When this happens to me, I usually find the HIT if I look in HITs Assigned to You. I refresh and uncheck the Accept Next box. Then I complete whichever HIT that loads--either the one in the regular HIT tab or the Assigned tab. When I finish that one, the other one will work. Does that make sense?
