Closed out yesterday with my bonus from Andrew Mao pushing me up over my daily goal. Hopefully today will be as plentiful.

That specific one was a Masters task. I think the highest HIT amount day that I had prior to Masters was around 1,800. You just gotta watch. There is plenty of good non-Masters work that comes around...only about 10% of what I do is Masters (only had it for a month), you just have to watch for stuff, and learn what to keep an eye out for.

I've gotten most of my information from this thread http://mturkforum.com/showthread.php?6661-Answers-for-All-of-Your-New-User-Questions. As far as what to look for, I normally do a mix of surveys and photo mod HITs. ProductRnR has shaky TO but it was mostly related to long payouts, they've shortened their auto-approve to 3 days and I've never had a rejection. I am also starting to dabble in transcription HITs, they take some getting used to and you have to take qualification tests for some of them but I hear they are pretty easy once you get the hang of things.

I personally love ProductRnR. They are my daily go-to and I have a good rapport with the requester, marking anything that could be questionable and they respond pretty quickly to concerns and questions.

I have seen you talk about them before, and the similarities are kind of weird. You live in the same city as me, and when I started out I also loved product RNR...I was doing around 250-600 a day for a couple weeks I think, until I started to branch out. I loved them, and never got a rejection either. Now though, I won't even touch them or even consider them because of the pay. Once you start to discover other things to do one day you will wonder how you ever did them that much...I know I do. A few days ago I did my overall daily average from the day I started on turk to the present, and I have mainained about a $73 dollar daily average with not working much on weekends.

I don't think there's anything wrong with people that do surveys, but if you really want to make money you can't do it with them. I have had more $100 plus days than I have had less than $10 days. I have done less than 10 surveys in all my HITs...I think the exact number is 7. There is no what I could have come anywhere close to a $73 daily average with surveys.
