I haven't started it yet (I still have 15 and a half hours before it expires!). It said about an hour, though... not amazingly high paid, but beats digging ditches.
It took me 45-50 mins. Then again, i have done a very similar one from him recently, so i know exactly how it works. It could take you less time or longer, depending on how much you know your city, or any city.

Occasionally the system doesn't work as well and you have to try for at least 3 minutes before you can give up. Doesn't happen to me much. Sometimes it's not worth the time because the phone lines are constantly busy but right now I am not having that problem.
