What HIT is that? I've had to do some of those too before. It's funny because sometimes I think "Who would do that? Someone out there is getting paid to push these spam sites" and I realize it could very well come from mturk!
This took a bit under 11 minutes. The reason I'm posting it is because you will also have a chance to win a $20 Amazon gift card. That might make it worth the time. Had to return because it wanted me to log into some Outlook web app thing...Is it supposed to do this?
I wouldn't trust anything that asks me for my username and password without telling me why first. I wouldn't trust, especially since there is no TO.
You need to copy/paste the survey link (instead of clicking to open) for it to open the survey monkey survey. I've seen this happen with requesters before, the survey does not require you to log in.
I've learned that any time a survey says it's closed or goes to a page that doesn't look right to copy/paste the link. 9 times out of 10 that has worked since I realized it.
Exactly. It wants me to log in with my Outlook/Hotmail credentials, but it's not a Microsoft domain? Pass.
Copy and past the link and it will go to survey monkey properly. And though it doesn't matter for the HIT the outlook link is legit it is just hosted by the domain using outlook web access, we have it at my work.
Oh okay. I'm always wary of things like this, especially with no TO. I can't access the HIT anymore after returning it, but at least I learned something Edit: I don't think I'll be sticking with this avatar. It's kinda creeping me out!
I was just thinking the same thing about your avatar!! It is terrifying! You should keep it around for tomorrow when everyone will be here to drive them all mad!
