I think some requesters check the data to see if its worthy of a rejections, and if it isn't they wait for auto approval to do the leg work. I've noticed this with a few requesters, not sure if our heather Walters surveys have an auto-approve. I took mine on the 16th and figure no rejection at this point is a good thing.

Did you start it and stop before level 30? I seem to remember some others mentioning a similar message in those circumstances. I am thinking that if you did the whole thing start to finish that it's a one shot deal.

Question: I tried looking up the requester on TO and it show a different name. Also, what happens if you miss the AC on a survey, but you still received the CODE? Will the HIT be rejected? I missed my first one this morning, still half-asleep, LOL. Thanks!
Requesters can change their display names but their requester number stays the same. Yes if you miss an AC you can be rejected based on that, depends on the requester.
