I just entered my ID. If I remember right we had to enter it in the beginning.

 

Same here. The HIT wants you to enter in a "username" but I never got one. I sent a message to the requester asking what I should do to submit it properly. For now I entered in my mturk worker ID

 

Ok, I am going to submit my user ID and a sentence from the debriefing page so hope it works! I always panic until someone tells me they had the same problem.

Yep, same as the others, I put an explanation in the HIT "Username" field, along with my MTurk user ID, and then sent a lengthy message to the requester explaining the situation, and included my MTurk user ID in there for good measure. We'll see!
