Did you include the correct code in the email? Two of my rejections were when I mixed up the codes for two surveys, but I didn't realize it until I got the rejections on the same day with pretty much the same message.
Oh no! I know what you're feeling, I accidentally hit enter on a long survey and it "completed" the HIT. The best we can do is e-mail the requester and hope they're feeling nice that day!
Well I had accepted both hits, did the survey for one, and posted the code and submitted in the wrong hit, before opening and doing the survey for that hit I told the requester I simply made a mistake and I did not do his survey, but I wanted him to know I wasn't trying to scam him. I tried re-opining the hit so I could at least do his survey and there weren't any left.
