It's crazy how much more you can make once you hit 1000... I went from like grinding out $10 a day to hitting 10 pretty easily and yesterday I killed it better than ever before... Got like $50 if everything approves.

You got that right. I just $8 this morning no problem from a single batch. Before I hit 1000, I could barely make the $5 a day. Crazy stuff.

I went the last 2 days sitting at 980 with over 250 pending. It was driving me nuts hoping some of those HITs from 7 - 10 days ago would start approving. No such luck. This morning I finally found enough "auto approval" hits that finally got me to 1000. Now I just need to find some good batches for >1000.
I do a TON of surveys and prowl for batches. I avoid anything that pays less than .25 and I check a bunch of times throughout the day for Rubin and the Crowdflower Sentiment surveys. My job has a fair amount of downtime (I work on the Help Desk at a hospital) and I generally do HITs between phone calls. I might do a couple when I get home and on the weekends, but generally when I'm not at work I'm not Turking.

Now I don't feel so bad about missing it. BTW does anybody always do those Jesus Garza - Write about your bank/credit union hits?
I'm 146 away from 1000 hits....I can't wait! Come on Oscar Smith, put some big batches out so I can get there today lol
I've done two for the credit unions I have experience with. They're good HITs if you have a place/card to write about. On another note, SET Master is up. I really dislike their new format: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/searchb...earchWords=set+master&minReward=0.00&x=5&y=11
