The easiest thing to do would be to count a misspelling as not a match. We could probably make up some more complex rule, but simplicity is the way to go here!
If it's not been addressed yet, and it's okay to talk about here, could you tell us what the purpose of the work is? It seems like people are sending in photos of their daily meals, but for what? Just curious...
There was some overlap because of cancelled batches, but besides that, each batch has new images! Later on this may not be the case as we resolve images and descriptions where two workers disagreed and we are running them against a third worker.
For things like cereal where there is milk, or things like pancakes where there is syrup, it is okay to consider it as a match if only "cereal" or "pancakes" are in the description.
I think 5K HITs requirement is a fair and IMO, the optimal requirement for these HITs. Don't get me wrong, there are some good workers under that HIT threshold, but I'm just sayin' xD.
No worries, I thought as much. Thanks for the work, a fairly paid task that's interesting and amusing at the same time, everyone appreciates a requester like yourself.
This is my first time working on these. I'm finding many that are very subjective. I've read the instructions, but still am not sure of some. Is it best to check does not match if you're unsure?
Just wanted to jump in and say these are my favorite HITs right now! By any chance, mind putting up about 100,000 of them and e-mailing me when they come out or when you release them? Heh, in all seriousness, thanks for providing great work!
