Hi, I got a warning message from MTURK as "you were blocked from working on HITs by the ProductRnR". How do take this. Is it consider as warning message for account suspension or can I take it its one requester just block to work from them? Regards
Pretty much from what I understand this means you have 1 of 3 blocks before possible banning from mturk. You will not be able to work for ProductRnR at all. Just keep your ducks in a row and make sure to check Turkopticon before working for new to you requesters to see if they are bad about blocks or rejects.
I agree with greeneyedbaby and sorry to hear about your block. ProductRnR are notorious for blocking people. They're jerks.
I did not know about TO until I got in trouble either sadly. I had not found this forum. It sucks, but there is a learning curve before you realize that Amazon will let requesters do as they wish.
unfortunately so. We have no rights and no say. Be much more careful from now on. Once you get your account built up good enough you can take risks as I do now. Until then practice being safe as you can. Information=Safety. :]
I just don't get it. I've gotten a few rejects way back when. But as of late when i've done their HITs it's been 100% approved. And i've done k's as of late. Especially those .01 HITs comparing the search results. Maybe they have a new rule? 5 rejections and we boot all of them? Or something like that?
