Your Request was not completed successfully

    Today when I submit a hit I received a message Your request was not completed successfully. What does this mean?

    All you can do is contact mturk at
    https://www.mturk.com/mturk/contactus
    And just ask them the reason for your account suspension by selecting "suspended account" as subject.

    But my account was not suspended, I am still working......

    I haven't seen that happen to me so I have no idea. Are the other HITS submitting ok? If they are then that one HIT is a glitch or something. If you have the code then email the requester and tell them you completed it and was unable to submit it - give him the code. See what they can do.

    So in that case beware and submit all your documents to verify your account..If not you mite get suspended very soon,easily.

    Flora, I had submit the hit and get the message your result has been submitted and approved or rejected it shortly and at the same time I had received the above mentioned message. Is it an error.... Any one knows?

    Dear lordson , I do not make any request to mturk, my documents is verified and since 2011 I had regularly received the cheque payments .... Yesterday I had received my last cheque....... I don't know what is the actual problem.................

    No idea. Sounds like a glitch. If it is showing up on your dashboard then no worries.

    It has nothing to do with an account being suspended. If your account is suspended, how are you going to accept a HIT in the first place?

    The error the OP speaks of is some form of transient error; I also see it from time to time. I have no idea what causes it. Click on “HITs Assigned To You” and re-complete the HIT.
