Yes, just today on one of the image, type hits. If I had still been in preview mode, it would seem they wouldn't let me go 6 pages into the hit. (That's when the "You must accept the HIT..." popped up.) I thought, perhaps, they were giving me a hint, that I should let someone else do some. To me, it's either a glitch or I might have forgotten to accept the hit. Still, to let a turker go on for 6 pages...
