TO said this happened to someone else and they sent him a message and he rejected the hit. Which I of course read AFTER submitting mine with my worker id. *tears*
No code either. From TO: HIT(s): Grocery Shopping Survey I did this requester's survey but I didn't receive a completion code at the end so I submitted it with my Mturk ID. I also sent the requester a message explaining the situation to him. He rejected the HIT without an explanation. Hope I don't get rejected.

That's exactly what I did. Well I guess a lot of us will be getting rejections this morning unless the requester realizes we aren't all conspiring against him to get 50 cents for free rather than just taking a couple of damn minutes to do the survey.
I didn't get a code. I returned mine after comments here. I think the requester might be a dodgy one. He will get all the data without paying workers. If you submit without a code, he rejects. If you return, he just got data for free.
So like he lets a couple of people get a code then pulls the code so that everyone else gets rejected and then he can say "Of course there's code these 8 people gave me a code I don't know what's wrong with the other 492 of you."
