Hey im getting this whenever i click on a url on firefox on mturk 400 Bad Request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large and SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT when i type anything into the url or search bar. Anyone know how to fix this? I cant do any surveys or even search or anything and i have done everything including reinstalling firefox.
Still at 12kish. I dont do batches unless they dont reject so its rare i do anything besides surveys lol.

reinstalling firefox might not have cleared your cookies that's usually what causes problems. somewhere in the options you can type a few characters and it will let you delete just those that match I use a cookie manager which makes it simpler surv mostly survey companies qual mostly qualtrics check before deleting all, no big deal outside of needing to log in again *it could be system clock out of synch too, which also gets fixed by clearing cookies
Click the three lines button on the right, click options, click privacy on the left list, click on remove individual cookies, enter qualtrics into the search bar, click remove all. elt is right, reinstalling does not change your settings unless you go into your file system and delete the correct files.
