I would rather have had a rejection over blocks too. The $2.50 one did mention that if you enter it submits so I was careful not to enter but to tab instead.
Mine was a $1.50 one on 4/28. I suspect that there wasn't a warning on that one. But even if there was and I had read it, the outcome would have been the same. I wrote when I saw that they had blocked me but no reply.
