Anyone else keep getting "An unknown error" when trying to accept a survey on Prolific?

It does this occasionally, but usually a second attempt works. Just did it three times in a row. That plus the usual lagfest equals no survey for me. Sigh.

I'd send Prolific a report/complaint/whatever. But based on experience... not going to bother.
