Trouble submitting PAN CARD. Desperate for some help.

    Hello fellow Turkers, I am a Turker since the last 3 Years and after turking a lot, I earned around 100$. I usually transfer my earnings to Amazon.com but, this time I wanted to receive the money via a check(I am from India). But on the Account Settings page when I upload my card and click on "submit" it shows an error "Your request was not completed successfully." and to try again. It has been about 2 Weeks, and I am very, very frustrated by this. I tried on different browser and even a different computer but the problem still remains.

    I contacted support 3 times. At first they provided me with a link of AmazonWebServices showing that MturkDashoard and everything else was running quite efficiently around the globe and suggested me to clear my cache. After again contacting support they said,

    "In order to fully investigate this I'll need to engage some other teams which may take a few days.I'll keep this case open and get back to you in 2-3 business days with more information.":mad:

    It was on 2 April and I got the same reply when I contacted them again yesterday.
    You can imagine I am very frustrated right now, after a whole month of hard work .
    Did anyone else had the same problem?
