I have a thought and suggestion that id like to toss out here Id like to see the Mechanical Turk have a system where if they have a job say articals writing 500 words or more or even 300 and up it should have a limit of payment that they can post for that job.Meaning if they have articals needing to rewritten or original articals on a topic they should have them set at limit of how low they can go like example $3.00 is the lowest and they can as high as whatever they want but the funds have to be in there account so that when you are done with the job the money gets into your account if approved. I also would like to see arbitrations on Turk where the Us the turk workers have the right to arbitrate that person for not paying and rejecting for a reason that is not acceptable ..I mean,some i have gotten back telling me i did not do this or that when i did and followed the directions to a T and they just want to take the work you did and get it for free What do you all think?
I agree that these changes would positively impact mTurk. But you also have to remember that fees for requesters would increase due to these changes (would require additional staff) so there would be less "work" postings.
