Hello turkers . Today is my 11st day of turking and I made around $43 . When i try to transfer my earnings in my amazon accout it says this : "The withdrawal amount cannot be greater than your balance of $0.00" and I know that my current balance is $0.00 but I really want to know why . I know that 10 days have to be passed but they already have gone for me because this is my 11st day. Please tell me what I have to do and how to transfer my money in a gift card on amazon if 10 days are already gone . I really need your help guys ... thanks .

Are any of your HITs labeled as Paid? Its a three step process Pending Approval > Approved - Pending Payment > Paid.

If you look at the actual HITS, have they been paid? As j0sh said above, if they are not marked as "paid" instead of "Approval - pending payment" or "Pending Approval", you don't really have any money in your account. Go to "account settings" and see what it says in your current balance.

they have up to 30 days to pay you, but you will likely get that money before then. If it's "approved - pending payment" it shouldn't be too long.

The problem is that not even a hit from December 28 wasn't paid so maybe there is a problem . I e-mailed mturk about this . Hope I didn't make any mistake ...

No, they have up to 30 days to pay. That's only been a couple of weeks. Most don't wait that long, but I've had some go right up to that time. MTurk can't do anything about it. The requester has 30 days. If they don't pay in that time, then it's automatically paid and approved by mTurk. Until then, you just need to wait. Keep turking and you'll eventually get your money.

Anymore? Your original post said it was your 11(th) day. I would wager you have not made one transfer.

But that is what they are telling you, yes. You can’t withdraw anything you earned because they cannot verify your account information.

Apparently, your AMT account is not suspended if you can still accept and complete HITs.
If you intend to do more HITs, it would behoove you to get your Amazon Payments account verified - unless you like working for free.

This is what they tell me :
The tax information you provided is pending verification.

During this time, you will not be able to accept additional HITs. Verification may take up to 5 business days. Once your information is verified, you may continue accepting HITs. Please see the FAQ for more details.

If your tax information is already verified, please reset the cookies in your browser settings and sign in to your account again.

btw , I cannot accept hits anymore .
And this is the message which I get if I log in to amazon payments : Important Message:

Bottom line is you are going to have to verify your account. It is Amazon you need to convince. No one on this forum (that I know of) works for Amazon.

They're saying it may take up to 5 days, which means it may not take that long. But the key is, provide them with good tax information and then see what happens. There's nothing more for you to do until that is done.
