Persona basically runs the TO flagging operation because the mods claim 'they're too busy' aka too lazy. Doesn't help that the guy gets away with saying or flagging anything.

99% of the time he is the one who is flagging someone. I'm not even sure if he Turks anymore. He watches TO like a hornet. I would also guess he has some part in getting posts or comments in general deleted. (not hidden)
