Someone offered a solution few posts back using Ublock to get rid of the banner. It works. I don't see it anymore.
Mine expired cause i took my time on it and thought out what type i wanted in each box. No $1 bonus for me or any payment for that matter x.x
If you still have the code, I would send them a message with the code. They do have your worker ID in the HIT when you entered it so they can match it up and hopefully create a HIT for those that expired.

I tried doing that before but after the jokes theres nothing every time i tried it so i gave up and figured it was broken.
