Receiving Terrible, Terrible Support From Mturk, Any other options?

    Hello Dear Friends,

    I have been a Mturk user for the last 3 years.
    I contacted the support for the first time on 30th March about my failure to submit proof of identity.

    1. Time taken to solve the issue after Numerous support emails to Mturk= "30 Days "
    In those numerous emails you should have seen their replies. Strictly copy/pasted. No support whatsoever but Resolved after 30 days.

    2. Again, I have not yet received my Exchange rate Email that is sent just after requesting a withdrawal via cheque.
    Time taken, After Infinite support requests to Mturk= 30 Days and counting.

    I think they are doing a "study" of
    "How much time the Mturk Support takes to drive a member Mad."

    Can you help me opt out of this "study"? i.e, can i contact anyone else but the MTurk support regarding this.

    P.S.: Meanwhile, had to purchase headphones from Amazon with a shopping cost that of the headphones.
