Yeah but they would cram more work into a 5 cent hit. Instead of one tweet to analyze you'd have five. I think if Amazon posted the average pay rate on hits, like Prolific does, that might help a bit. But then again, Amazon gets paid regardless and they likely don't want to run off requesters.
Actually I think it'd be worse than that. One job per HIT is simple for a requester. Multiple jobs per HIT requires more work to program, etc. But once that is done and you see people still gobbling up your 5-tweets-per-nickel HITs it becomes a trivial matter to make it 6 tweets per nickel. Or 7. Or...
