Played around with Mturk for several months when it first started. Seems as if a lot has changed since then and look forward to talking and learning from some of you guys!
I never looked back after I started Turking (2009); this kind of work fits all my quirks. I swear, MTurk was made for people with OCD, ADD, agoraphobia, insomnia, mania -- you name it! I discovered I had a work ethic when I started Turking (LOL) Hope you'll share tales of the early years...
Haha, mturk2007, you are just like me! I started out with mturk when it was brand spanking new and then returned after a loooooong hiatus after quitting many years ago. Do you remember that one requester that had people inspecting photos of traffic and marking up signs and such? If so, do you remember their name? It was a UK company, I think. Something "geo" or other. They didn't really pay much, but I really liked working for them.
