All right, they're quick, they're easy. I feel a little queasy, but it's good money, so I decided to grit my teeth and do some NetMSi. Then I hit a HIT that stopped me dead in my tracks. I swear this little girl has got to be in middle school. The instructions tell you not to title something indicating underage or forceful acts, but what if you get something that involves them? I know it could be age regression software, but what if it isn't, and some little girl somewhere is being seriously hurt (this was not mild)? So what do I do? Anyone else have this experience?

If you are at all sure that there was an underage girl involved I would immediately contact netmsi and tell them and if the product has any identifying title or something give that to them along with any other information you can give them. Given the number they are requesting most likely they are just getting people to upload tons of videos and something illegal slipped through the cracks they didn't notice.

I thankfully haven't seen anything like that yet but I'm sure netmsi would be glad to have it brought to their attention. It might just be a mistake and everything is in order and its fine but it might not be and the cops might need to look into it and they cannot do that if they don't know about it.

Be aware that there are a few semi-popular pr0n actresses who are specifically hired because they look underage (flat chest, braces, young face). Unless it was amateur p0rn I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. If it was amateur (still entirely possible the girl was of age, but far less likely), report it to NetMSI and let them handle it. You don't want to be involved with any authorities for this kind of thing, and NetMSI doesn't want child pr0n on their sites any more than you want to see it.

This is very similar to a message I just replied to, so I'm guessing you're the same Turker that sent it. However, this is useful for others to see so I'll post my reply here as well:

We appreciate the concern, and would like to assure you that there are a lot of legal processes in place to make sure all performers in our videos are old enough to perform in adult material. There are also record-keeping requirements that we, and all legal content providers follow ( known as 2257's, after the US law: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2257 ) that makes sure there is a paper-trail of the proof-of-age identification for every performer. Videos in the webcam or amateur niches also follow these requirements, so the performers are less "amateur" and more just "independent". There's not really a such thing as "true" amateur or voyeur content, and most things set up to look like it was done with spycams are actually professionally produced.

There are some performers who routinely get reported as being underage, and generally it's just because they are petite ("Sally Gauge", "Little Lupe", and "Kitty" are the cause of a large number of reports for this reason, the first one being particularly amusing since she did most of her work while in her 30's). Japanese performers are also routinely reported by people from North America due to different standards of attractiveness (what Japanese people see as attractive for an adult, Americans tend to see as looking too young). This large batch did contain a fair bit of Japanese content, and the content providers for our Japanese partners also follow 2257 guidelines.

On my second HIT with them, I came across one. I believe it was one of those "barely legal" gals, who are of age, but can pull off looking like under aged girls. With the disposal of hair in all the right places and enhancing attributes an under age girl would have: pony tails and braces for instance, it's hard for me to tell if they are true "barely legals" or not.

In any case, and though I could do easy HITs from doing these, I refuse to do them on matter on principle. I do not want to corrupt impressionable young men in their preferences later in their life. I also don't want the really illegal girls to slip though the cracks by having people think that "Oh, this must be one of those "barely illegal" gals."

We all ready have young women thinking anything less than having double C's and D's, and bare genitalia as abnormal. I don't want to offend anyone, but IMO, we need to get back to what is normal and celebrate the unique qualities of the female body. *steps off soapbox*

Thats good to know that you do vet all amateur content was wondering about that. Also definitely right that just in Asia in general features delineating someone between adult and not are more subdued and even an older person could easily be mistaken for someone in their mid teens.

I can almost see where you are coming from but what about the people who do just by occurrence happen to look young. I know many people in their mid 20s who still look like they are barely starting high school. If you want to celebrate the unique qualities of woman an underaged look happens to be one of them and why does it deserve any less celebration.

I would suggest getting a copy of The Feminist **** Book ( http://www.amazon.ca/The-Feminist-****-Book-Producing/dp/155861818X ), it's a really interesting read. It covers a lot of issues that you mentioned, and also has the nifty side effect of letting people know about the companies that are producing more socially conscious (or just non-mainstream) content.
