I think about 3 a minute is reasonable when you're in the zone, I just can't stay in that zone for more than a minute or two at a time because they're so damn boring.

I've been turking a couple weeks now and mostly I just stick to quick surveys. Unless I find a really good batch like from Mountain.
I've come across this error several times in the past. What would work for me (sometimes) Is quickly returning a few. This would then allow me to work on them again.
Usually, right click and reload frame or finding the first accepted in my queue if there are multiple from the same requester. I'm pretty sure Zoltar has the Google setup where you can't return any hits or you'll be locked out for the whole duration of the hit.
