A mixture of both. I have the 25s set on 3 secs and the 7s on 2. It breaks up the monotony at least in my head.
Just noticed that they now want numbers spelled out instead of written as numbers. When did that change (please tell me it just changed today)? Wish they'd make up their damn minds.

If the audio clip is blank, please put a # in as the transcription of the clip. Formatting-wise, we need the beginning of the transcription capitalized and a period at the end. Capitalization and punctucation in the rest of the sentence will be difficult based on the speaking style that is used. Numbers should be spelled out as words (e.g. one, two, three). I'm just as confused as you guys.
